This place welcomes a restaurant and a bar inside an old traditional Chinese house on many floors. The house is decorated with a modern and cozy style, including light effects and waterfalls. It can accommodate a group of up to 15 people but also offers a nice intimate seating if you wish a romantic atmosphere.
The bar is located in the penthouse at the very top of the house. All in red, surrounded by comfortable sofas, you will have a wonderful time there in the summer !

The main problem we faced that cold night of December in Shanghai, is an extremely limited numbers of heating devices to bring the bar to a decent temperature!
This came to me as a shock but since some of us had already arrived, we kept our coats on and ordered a first drink to get us warm.
Anyhow the meeting was very nice and there were graduated people from all kind of academic programs or years. This includes: former student from Cesem/Tongji university exchange in Shanghai, Reims MBA graduates and Cesem French-German.
Thanks to our new MBA friends who knew a very nice place in the area, we soon moved out of the Fuxing Club to get something to eat at some other place. There we sat on individual cushion with our legs crossed and enjoyed excellent Asian food!
Over the dinner we had a chance to exchange about our personal and business experiences, both in English, Chinese and even French. All of us were actually working (or seeking employment) in Shanghai ; this in various industries and positions, therefore we all had something to learn from each others.
We left good friends after the dinner with a wish to attend such meeting again, and a hope to see more people come for the next event.

By the way, it is gonna be in March at a location that will be communicated soon.
